In the addition of a secondary seal to a beverage can, with the objective to allow air in as the beverage is dispensed, it is known that, wh en positioned accordingly, its activation will enable the smooth pouring of the given liquid. In this invention, a secondary seal is added to the design of beverage cans. The seal may be positioned in several areas on the can whereby it is to remain functional. The secondary seal is to be pressed from and attached to (respectively) both the lid and the tab of the can in such a way that when the tab is pulled the rupture of the secondary seal results.</ SDOAB>
