The present invention is a form of commerce involving aromatic substanc es that are intended to provide assistance to human suffers of stress, sexual, and sleep disorders. Aromatic substances that are known for particular attribute s are marketed along with an Aromatic Substance Container that facilitates the controlled dissolution of an aromatic substance contained within the Aromati c Substance Container apparatus. Once filled the apparatus is deposited within a pillow or head rest device that may be utilized while resting and/or sleepin g. The Aromatic Substance Container comprises an Insert Container that will ho ld Aromatic Substance(s) and an Outer Container into which an Insert Contain er may be placed. An Insert Container(s) along with an Outer Container(s); and a supply of one or more Aromatic Substance(s) are market together along with a n information package on how to best utilize the combined system.
