This member is connected to clamping device for rotation about pin and for performing rectilinear reciprocating motions toward skin and away from it. Method involves supplying pulse to human skin by means of member connected to hair clamping device prior to or in the process of hair plucking. Supplied pulse gives to the user additional pain which creates the feeling of subjectively relieved pain caused by plucking of hair.
