PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make light of a LED lamp not to be transmitted through a peripheral region of a luminous display design of a panel sheet and thereby to reduce printing cost on the panel sheet by constituting shape of the luminous display design of a luminous display member and shape of a guide of a guide member to an approximately same shape. SOLUTION: The panel sheet 31 is arranged on the surface of a display panel cabinet 30, a substrate 35, is arranged on the rear surface of the display panel cabinet 30 and the LED lamp 34 is arranged on the substrate 35. A block copy and the luminous display design 32 are printed on the panel sheet 31. When the LED lamp 34 is lighted, light passages through a cylindrical hole 33 and the luminous display design 32 of the panel sheet 31 is irradiated with the light. Since the luminous display design 32 of the panel sheet 31 and shape of the cylindrical hole 33 of the display panel cabinet 30 are constituted to triangles of approximately same shapes, light is not transmitted through the peripheral region of the luminous display design 32. Thereby printing for preventing transmission is not necessary at the peripheral region of luminous display design 32.
