<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and easily perform the change or addition of an explanation to be displayed at a pop-up window and the change of the display condition of the pop-up window. SOLUTION: An editing part 20 inputs the addition or change of the setting of a setting storing part 31 or the data of a data base part 32 from an input device 10. When the addition or change of the setting of the setting storing part 31 is inputted, the editing part 20 adds or changes the setting of the setting storage part 31 based on the received setting. A display controlling part 70 holds the setting of the setting storing part 31 inside. When the addition or change of the data of the data base part 32 is inputted, the editing part 20 transmits data received from the inputting device 10 to a data base controlling part 40. The data base controlling part 40 adds or changes the data of the data base part 32 based on the received data.</p> |
