PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make provable that a visitor has certainly arrived at his/her visiting destination. SOLUTION: An IC tag 102 where the information on a visiting destination, etc., are recorded is prepared at the destination. A visitor such as a deliveryman has a portable IC tag reader/writer 103. When the visitor arrives at his/her visiting destination, the visitor reads the information on the tag 102 and records them on the reader/writer 103. Since the visitor is required to visit his/her visiting destination to read the information on the tag 102 which is fixed at the visiting destination, a fact that the visitor has certainly visited his/her visiting destination can be proved from a fact that the information on the tag 102 are recorded on the reader/writer 103. |
