PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new parallel coaxial cable with a low skew capable of speeding up a delay time and lowering a skew at the same time, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A pair of internal conductors 1 or more extending side by side are coated integrally by a foamed insulating material 2, an external conductor 3 is provided around the foamed insulating material 2 and the external conductor 3 is coated so as not to have gaps by an insulating jacket 4 together with the foamed insulating material 2. Thereby, no gap is formed inside a cable, and no dispersion of the degree of foaming produced in the insulating material 2 at same time. Therefore, dispersion of delay times in the pair and between the pairs are suppressed, and speeding up the delay time and lowering a skew can be achieved at the same time. |
