PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an information terminal side to easily manage information such as update of event information with an inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: An FM reception section receives FM multiplexed event information (step S11), and a position code and an update identification code added to the event information are extracted (step S12). In the case that the position code is in existence in stored data of a storage means (YES in steps S13, S14), and the received update identification code is in existence in the data stored in the storage means (YES in step S15), the corresponding event information in the storage means is rewritten into the received event information (step S17). Either of the received position code and update identification code is not in existence in the data of the storage means (NO in step S14 and NO in step S15), the storage means 14 stores new event information (step S16). |
