SOLUTION: The signals of pixel rows is Bayer arrangement are point- sequentially read out for each line. First of all, a common amplifier connecting two vertical pixels of a pixel part is reset by a signalϕMRES for reset and signals are outputted from a horizontal output line, next, transistors MTX1, MTX2 and MSEL are driven by signalsγMTX1 andϕMTX2 for transfer and a signalϕMSEL for common amplifier pixel selection later, transistors TS11, TS12, TS41, TS42... for transfer are respectively driven by signalγTS1-ϕTS4 and G signals from pixels G11, G13... and R signals from pixels R12, R14... are respectively transferred through a V1 line to memories CT1, CT2.... Output paths h11, h12, h13... are successively turned into H level by the signals in the memories and point-sequential signals are outputted to the horizontal output line.
