PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the ventilation volume using an anemometer at the lower end of air inlet in a room by providing a supply duct touching the bottom face of a through duct penetrating the upper side part in a room while directing the inner wall face toward the floor face thereby leading hot air upward through a ceiling hole and coupling the ceiling section with an air outlet trough a duct while turning over. SOLUTION: A through duct 1 provided with an air inlet 3a and an air outlet 1a is inserted into a square hole made through the outer wall 6 at a high part in a room and secured in place. An air inlet 3a of an L-shaped supply duct 3 is located in the through duct 1 and other parts serve as an air outlet 1a. The through duct 1 is coupled with an inner hood 2 and the air inlet 3a is coupled with the supply duct 3 extending along the inner wall to the lower section of the room. The air outlet 1a and air inlet 3a of the through duct 1 project slightly from the surface of the outer wall 6. An outer cover 4 is fixed to cover the air outlet 1a and air inlet 3a while spaced apart slightly from the outer wall face.
