PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive auxiliary heating device for bathroom, without requiring any installation work and capable of utilizing hot-water in a bathtub as a heat medium so as to utilize the device widely to already installed bathroom or a dressing room. SOLUTION: A path 2 for passing hot water is provided in a heating panel 3 disposed on the floor of a bathroom and a hot-water inlet hose 6 is connected to one end 4 of the path 2 while a hot-water outlet hose 7 is connected to the other end 5 of the path 2 respectively. A pump 8 equipped with a check valve is connected to the central part of the hot-water inlet hose 6 while a valve is connected to the central part of the hot-water outlet hose 7. By this constitution, hot-water is supplied to the path 2 through the hot-water inlet hose 6 when the tip end 6a of the hot-water inlet 5 is submerged into water in the bathtub and the pump 8 is operated whereby the hot-water is stored in the path 2 and the heating panel 3 is warmed, when the valve is closed.
