PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connector of which respective contacts can be uniformly soldered and connected, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is used to manufacture this electrical connector where plural contacts 4 are planted in a housing, and the connection parts of the contacts project from the housing. A soldering material 14A is disposed in each of plural specified recessed parts 12, formed identically on the upper surface of a mold 10, a tip part of a corresponding connection part 4 is inserted into the soldering material 14A of each of the specified recessed parts 12, and thereafter the soldering material 14A is solidified and thereafter, the connection part 4 is separated from the mold.
