PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten length of a wiring harness which is necessary for attaching the terminal connector of the wiring harness to the inside of a waterproof box and reduce the excess length of the wiring harness. SOLUTION: The wiring harness attachment structure of a waterproof box by which a wiring harness 3 is attached to the waterproof box in which the terminal connector 4 of the wiring harness 3, and connection components of the connector 4 are housed includes a water blocking plate 24 to the lower end of which the wiring harness is fixed and which is inserted into grooves on both the sides of a cut-out part 21 of a box main part. The grooves on both the sides of the cut-out part 21 have double-groove structures, composed of inner grooves 22 and outer grooves 23 respectively, and the water blocking plate 24 has inner slide ribs 25 and outer slide ribs 26, which are inserted into the inner grooves 22 and outer grooves 23 respectively. The inner slides 25 are formed on the upper half of the water-blocking plate 24, and the outer grooves 23 are formed in the lower half of the cut-out part 21. In order to attach the connector 4 and its connection components to the inside of the box main part, the water-blocking plate 24 only nuds to be lifted to a height sufficient to have the position near the half of the height of the water blocking plate 24 come to the upper end of the cut-out part 21. |
