PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter of a guitar which enables a player to make playing by holding the guitar higher on a neck side in a posture of not widely opening both feet and naturally sitting on a chair. SOLUTION: The supporter 4 of the guitar is constituted by combining the base 1 on which is placed on the thighs of both feet across the same, the clamp 2 which is pinched to the guitar and a strut 3 for supporting the clamp 2 high on the base 1. The right side from the front surface of a base plate 5 of a curved plate to be placed on the left thigh is projectingly provided with a horizontally long member 8 provided with a non-slip 7 of a rubber elastic body in a groove 6 formed atop this member.
