This gas pressure compresses a piezoelectric body 4 from under with a bottom plate 16 and a lower electrode plate 12 between to piezoelectrically generates electricity, the electricity is led through a lead wire 18 from an upper electrode plate 11 and a lower electrode plate 12, and it is accumulated in an accumulator. Discharging acceleration generated roughly simultaneously with gas pressure adds to the piezoelectric body, etc., from above, and it so works as to offset the gas pressure from under, so that force by the discharging acceleration is reduced by thinning the upper electrode plate, etc., thereby reducing the weight. The upper electrode plate, the piezoelectric body, and the lower electrode plate are placed within a bottomed cylindrical bottom retaining lid 14, and the top of the housing (top retaining lid) 2 is screwed in from above to stick it fast. The bottom plate prevents the bottom electrode plate from breaking by gas pressure.
