PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of water or the destruction of a storage water heater body triggered by the cracks of circumferential welded part developed from the inside of the storage water heater body based on the fatigue by the repeated bending stress generated by the repeatedly applied inner pressure of the storage water heater body. SOLUTION: This storage water heater body is formed by walding between the edges of the upper and lower end plates 2 and 3, and the edges of a shell plate 4 which are butted together. In this case, drawn parts are arranged by centripetally drawing the edges of the end plates 2 and 3, the edges of the shell plate 4 are butted and welded with the center parts of the drawn parts, and the circumferentially welded parts 12 between the end plates 2 and 3 and the shell plate 4 are arranged on the inner side than the outer diameter of the straight parts of the end plates 2 and 3.
