PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar device with air-conditioning function, which is capable of securing hot-water for indoor heating or hot-water supply and capable of effecting indoor cooling without employing any special cooling device such as an absorption cooling device or the like. SOLUTION: For hot-water supplying, city water (hot-water) heated by a solar panel 1 is guided to a heat insulating tank 4. For room heating, city water (hot-water) heated by the solar panel 1 is guided to an indoor heat exchanging means 2 to effect indoor heating. For room cooling, city water (cold water) supplied from a city water supplying portαis guided to an indoor heat exchanging means 2 to effect indoor cooling. The indoor cooling can be effected without employing any cooling device such as an absorption cooling device or the like whereby an installation cost can be minimized. Further, city water heated by absorbing heat in a room at cooling time is heated further by the solar panel 1, whereby high-temperature city water can be obtained. Furthermore, a solar battery 7 is cooled by the city water, and the photo-electric conversion efficiency of the solar battery 7 can be maintained in a high value.
