PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for plant startup by automatically and efficiently conducting calibration of reactor power measured with a neutron monitor and efficiently proceeding the operation plan as a part of plant operation plan. SOLUTION: In a reactor power measuring system installing local power detectors measuring thermal neutron flux in a reactor,γ-ray thermometers and heaters in the same detector assembly, a plant automating system 8 for storing and indicating the plant operation plan, storing and indicating execution timing of calibrating the reactor power measured with neutron monitors using local power detectors based on the reactor power measured with the reactor power measuring device using theγ-ray thermometers and directing the executing timing of the calibration is provided. A reactor power measuring device 4 executing self-calibration of the output signal of theγ-ray thermometers by heater based on the direction of the system 8 is provided. Also, a core performance calculation system 7 calibrating the reactor power measured with the neutron monitor 6 in succession to the self-calibration is provided.
