PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch process monitoring pictures so that a monitoring operator can easily observe the process states. SOLUTION: In the case of switching the display of a process monitoring picture (original process monitoring picture) 31 being displayed at present to a new process monitoring picture 32, operation for synthesizing the original picture 31 and the new picture 32 each other to prepare a synthetic picture is repeated while stepwise increasing the value of a ratio a occupied by the new picture 32 in each prescribed % (e.g. 25%), and in each preparation of synthetic pictures 33, 34, 35, the original picture 31 is switched to the synthetic picture. When the value of the ratio α becomes 100% or more, only the new picture 32 is displayed by switching. |
