<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of registering an ID (identification) code assigned to a portable transmitter by the operation of the portable transmitter. SOLUTION: This communication equipment is provided with a portable transmitter 10' having an operation switch 1, first and second storage parts 4 and 7, a first control part 2, and a transmitting part 3 and a receiver having a receiving part, a third storage part in which a reference code is stored, a second control part, and a control signal generating part. The transmitting part 10' transmits a signal including an ID code, and the receiver supplies a control signal to equipment to be controlled when the ID code in the received signal is made coincident with the reference code. The ID code is provided with plural ID code sections, and the transmitter 10' is provided with an ID registration mode setting means, and each time the operation switch 1 is operated plural times at the time of setting an ID registration mode, the first control part 2 forms the ID code sections corresponding to the operations, and successively stores them in the second storage part 7, and unites all the ID code sections read from the second storage part 7, and registers it in the first storage part 4 as the ID code.</p> |
