The flexible bag opening device comprises an external articulated ring composed of two symmetrical arcs (11) pivoting in a fixed rear plate (10). Within the ring thickness are two flexible strips (14,15) arranged edgewise and connected to the central part of each arc and inserted in the mouth of each bag. During closing of the device the strips deform and clamp the inside mouth of the bag enabling it to be filled.
