<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell assembly, capable of continuing outputting an electric power and being easily repaired, even if a solar cell goes out of order, moreover is superior in mass productivity and reliability and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This solar cell assembly is equipped with a ceramic board 51, provided with a positive electrode 51a with a load 80 and a negative electrode 51b which are both patterned on its front surface, a solar cell 52 jointed to a part of the positive electrode 51a and the negative electrode 51, a bypass diode of bare chip type jointed on the land 80 formed on the positive electrode 51a, a positive electrode lead 54 jointed to the other part of the positive electrode 51a, and a negative electrode lead 55 jointed to other parts of the negative electrode 51b and the bypass diode 60.</p> |
