PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an emergency information transmission system that can transmit emergency information even to a person located at a place which a broadcast voice signal of emergency disaster prevention information hardly reaches. SOLUTION: A disaster prevention radio system distributes disaster prevention information from a disaster prevention center 3 to a reception installation placed in advance in a management area. In this case, on an emergency relating to a disaster, since emergency disaster prevention information from a disaster prevention center 8 is transmitted to the mobile radio terminal in existence in a disaster prevention area through a radio communication system served by an electric communication enterprise, the emergency information can be transmitted to even a person resident in a place which the voice signal broadcast from voice broadcast receivers 6a to 6c hardly reaches in this emergency information transmission system.
