PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely fit a front panel to a frame main body without using any jig and to improve the reliability of electric contact between the front panel and a wiring board. SOLUTION: This portable radio device has tongue pieces 23, 24, and 25 for caulking formed at necessary places of the front panel fitted to the surface of the main body frame 22, the tongue piece for caulking are run through the main body frames, and the projection parts of the tongue pieces are bent to fix the front panel to the main body frame. In this case, at least the bent parts of the tongue pieces are made small in width section to facilitate the bending of the tongue pieces.
