PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce a space by fixing both terminals of the deformable part of a cable to the first wall surface on a moving body orthogonal to the moving direction and the second wall surface of a device side in the outside of the moving body respectively and arranging the cable in the inside of the moving space itself of the moving body. SOLUTION: A wiring for a card detecting switch circuit and a wiring for accessing an IC chip are formed as a common flexible cable 77 in a mounting pedestal 60, and the terminals of the wiring are connected to the controlling electric substrate within a device via a connector. And the cable 77 which is bent from the bottom surface side to the side surface 60c of the mounting pedestal 60 is bent to the reverse direction after being drawn around in the form along the side surface 60c, is fixed to the surface 51a parallel to the side surface of the mounting pedestal 60 and is drawn around in a nearly U shape. Since the width of the cable 77 is formed smaller than the thickness of the mounting pedestal 60, the cable does not also interfere with a head, and a new space is not entirely required for the height direction of the mounting pedestal.
