PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate processing and to extract a three-dimensional position with high accuracy in a characteristic corresponding on a plurality of two-dimensional image planes in the case of extracting a three-dimensional position of a characteristic point of an object body in a non-contact manner and in real time. SOLUTION: A two-dimensional information corresponding means 2 makes frame two-dimensional positional information obtained from a characteristic point two-dimensional information extracting means 1, predictive two-dimensional positional information obtained from a characteristic point two-dimensional predictive information extracting means 5, two-dimensional area information obtained by a characteristic area information extracting means 7 and the set information of an image pickup device stored in an image pickup device set information storing means 8 correspond to one another, and a characteristic point three-dimensional information correcting means 6 which corrects the three-dimensional positional information calculated by the means 3 into an uncontradictory value as the posture of the object body is provided.
