PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely crimp a trailing edge of a negative sheet by providing a member for feeding the trailing edge of the negative sheet into a moving locus of a 1st crimping part before the 1st crimping part is switched from crimping release posture to the crimping action posture. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the feeding member 4 for feeding the trailing edge of the negative sheet into the moving locus of the 1st crimping part 2 before the part 2 is switched from the crimping release posture to the crimping action posture. The trailing edge of the negative sheet ejected from a carrying-out part E is forcibly fed into the moving locus of the part 2 by the member 4 by making the member 4 interlock with the switching of the part 2 from the crimping action posture to the crimping release posture by making the member 4 interlock with the part 2. The member 4 is supported to freely rock in the carrying-out part E through a pivot 43. Ordinarily, a feeding piece 42 is positioned on an outside of the moving locus of the part 2.
