<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator capable of controlling phase difference, with an accuracy higher than gate delay and generating plural signals which mutually have an arbitrary minute phase difference. SOLUTION: This oscillator 10 is provided with an annular ring wiring RLN, nodes ND11-ND1N connected with the ring wiring RLN, and plural oscillation circuits OSC 11-1N with oscillation phases depending on charges propagated by ring wiring RLN. Furthermore, this device is provided with plural wiring circuits LC 11-1N provided on ring wiring RLN, so as to be respectively mutually coupled for letting more current to flow in one specified direction between the nodes of respective oscillation circuits OSC 11 to OSC1, while having characteristics so as to cause greater influence to be propagated in one specified direction.</p> |
