摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector that has large selection randomness in spite of a small hardware scale and to provide a communication control system where possibility of collision is reduced even when the selection randomness is small. SOLUTION: A comparator 26 outputs a discrimination result 9 of '1' when a series 8 of a series generator 25 is larger than a storage series 10. A storage device 27 sets '0' to the storage series 10 when a transmission preparation signal 0 indicates '1' and stores the series 8 as the storage series 10 when the discrimination result 9 depicts '1'. A counter 21 counts a point of time value when the transmission preparation signal is '1'. A storage device 28 stores a point of time value 3 as a storage point of time value 11 when the discrimination result 9 denotes '1', and stores the storage point of time value 11 when '0'. A frequency device 22 sets a frequency 5 to be a value of the storage point of time signal 11 when the transmission start signal 1 denotes '1' and stores value of the frequency 5 in other cases.
