PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage correction oscillator whose oscillation frequency can be controlled in response to fluctuation in a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A VCO(voltage-controlled oscillator) 4 oscillates, in response to the voltage of a supplied signal to the VCO and outputs an oscillation signal via a waveform shaping inverter 5 and feeds back a signal to an input terminal of a delay block 1 and one input terminal of an EXOR gate 2. The delay block 1 delays the received signal by a time, in response to a power supply voltage and outputs the result to the other input terminal of the EXOR gate 2. The EXOR gate 2 exclusive ORs the received signals, generates a pulse signal with a pulse width, corresponding to the delay time and outputs it to an input terminal of a low-pass filter 3. The low pass filter 3 integrates the received signal to generate a voltage signal and outputs it to an input terminal of the VCO 4.
