BIOLOGICAL SEEDING AGENT FOR TREATMENT OF SEWAGE/WASTEWATER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a biological seeding agent for treatment of sewage/wastewater, which can be preserve for a long time without decay or spoilage and promptly decompose organic in wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The system using biological seeding agent for treatment of sewage/wastewater comprises a sedimentation tank(11) for removing suspended solids and grit; an aeration tank(13) into which a nutrient is dosed so that microorganism is cultured, whereby preparing a biological seeding agent; a culture reactor(17) for dosing biological seeding agent into the aeration tank; a clarifier tank(15) into which MLSS of the aeration tank, and activated sludge is settled. The nutrient comprises peptone 0.05-3wt.%, yeast extract 0.01-2wt.%, glucose 0-2wt.%, KH2PO4 0-2wt.%, K2HPO4 0-1wt.%, MgSO4 0.001-0.1wt.% and FeCl3 0.0001-0.5wt.%.
