<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing cargos from being forgotten to be unloaded and being erroneously delivered by displaying the message of offset that the cargos are not delivered due to the forgetting of the unloading of the cargos at a delivery destination area and the erroneous delivery of the cargos to an erroneous delivery area, or generating alarm when it is detected. SOLUTION: At a physical distribution center 40, bar codes 31 are added to loading cargos 30. A transportation vehicle 20 going to a delivery destination transmits the discriminated position information of the present vehicle to an on-vehicle operation managing device by a GSP satellite 1 and a GPS reception device after the cargos 30 are loaded. The on-vehicle operation managing device discriminates a present area from the preset matrix information of a delivery area and from the position information of the present vehicle. When the transportation vehicle 20 enters the area and moves to the other area without unloading the cargos at the time of delivering the cargos, the message of the forgetting of the unloading of the cargos is displayed or alarm sound is rung, thus the forgetting of the unloading of the goods can be prevented.</p> |
