PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by jointing the sidewall part of sealing metal fittings formed of austenite stainless steel and an insulating cylinder by blazing, and setting the minimum radius of curvature in a fillet surface of solder generated in a jointing part which is not less than a specific ratio of thickness of the sidewall part. SOLUTION: A minimum radius of curvature R of a fillet surface generated in a jointing part is set to 80% or higher of the thickness of a sidewall part. Both sealing metal fittings 2 and 3 use austenite stailess steel, and an insulating cylinder 1 and the sealing metal fittings 2, 3 are blazed in vacuum. A quantity of silver solder sandwiched in the jointing part at blazing is adjusted, the minimum radius of curvature R of a fillet part surface is changed and is adjusted, so that the minimum radius of curvature R becomes 80% or higher of a thickness of the sealing metal fitting sidewall part in a blazing part, and plastic deformation is caused in both a fillet part and the sealing metal fitting sidewall part in a solidifying process of a blazing material, to avoid the occurrence of cracks in the fillet part.
