PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always surely and properly form a balance-adjusted sound field corresponding to the fluctuation of the distribution arrangement of passengers by recognizing the situation of passengers, and automatically adjusting a volume balance for adjusting the distribution of a sound field such as multi-channel surround in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A passenger's position recognizing part 1 recognizes the distribution arrangement of passengers by detecting the presence or absence of any passenger for each seat by each front right and front left and rear right and rear left switch. A control part 2 controls an electronic volume 3 according to the arrangement situation of the passengers recognized by the passenger's position recognizing part 1 so that the volumes of acoustic signals outputted from speakers 41-44 of each FR, FL, RR, and RL channel of a speaker group 4 can be adjusted. |
