PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of resolution and brightness by reducing transmission chrominance signals and providing a pre-frame memory at a reception side. SOLUTION: This picture receiving device 111 is provided with a memory 12 for each chrominance signal which stores the chrominance signal of the previous frame of each R, G and B color, and reads it for reproduction and a synchronization separating circuit 7 which detects the transmitted chrominance signal of the present frame of at least one of R, G and B, and controls a corresponding switch 10. Then, the corresponding chrominance signal of the memory is updated by the transmitted chrominance signal of the present frame, and the output for reproduction of the color is provided. |
