PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric heater with a humidifier in which the humidifier can be operated independently by providing a heating mode selection switch with a heating operation stop mode and stopping the heating operation by pushing a humidification mode selection switch continuously for a predetermined time. SOLUTION: Input signals from a power switch 8, a heating mode selection switch 9, and a humidification mode selection switch 10 are fed through a switch circuit 39 to a microcomputer 40. A heating operation mode is provided with a 'stop' mode. Consequently, heating operation can be stopped while keeping a main power supply in 'on' state. In other words, only a humidifier section 46 can be operated independently. The humidification mode selection switch 10 has not only a function for selecting a humidification operation mode but also a function for stopping the heating operation by pushing the humidification mode selection switch 10 for a predetermined time (e.g. 1 sec). |
