SOLUTION: A sheath interrupter is so provided that part of a metallic shielding layer 13 around a cable core 10 of a CV cable 15 is removed in the circumferential direction, and right and left ends 16 at the cut part in the metallic shielding layer 13 are subjected to cross bond grounding.
