<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by using an insulating tube in common without insulating spaces, and to slide the insulating tube without a contact with a semiconductor layer of a cable. SOLUTION: A jig includes a double-acting oil cylinder 11 put outside of an insulating tube 17, two semicircular plates 12 and 13 fixed to the oil cylinder 11 for positioning the insulating tube 17, a semicircular diameter widening pipe 20 with a conical adapter 18 moved by the driving force of the oil cylinder 11, a cylindrical guide 16 passed through the insulating tube 17 and the semicircular diameter widening pipe 20 with the conical adapter 18, a semicircular metallic plate 14 for joining the top of the oil cylinder 11 arid the end of the diameter widening pipe 20 and transmitting the driving force from the oil cylinder 11 to the diameter widening pipe 20, and a spacer 15 for fixing the oil cylinder and the guide 16.</p> |
