PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a noise removing process and simplify circuit constitution. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a receiving means 9 receiving an electromagnetic wave signal in a microwave region which is radiated by partial discharge of a high voltage apparatus 8 and outputting the received signal, a threshold value setting means 11 setting the threshold value of a received signal, a judging means 12 outputting a detecting signal when the received signal exceeds the threshold value, and an output means 13 performing display in accordance with the detection signal.
