<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a power supply noise and the reduction of a power supply voltage even when plural sense amplifiers are simultaneously driven and a great peak current flows in a semiconductor integrated circuit provided with plural sense amplifiers. SOLUTION: Concerning the semiconductor integrated circuit having a memory cell array 1, plural word lines 2, plural bit lines 8, a selector circuit 3 and plural sense amplifiers 4, this circuit is provided with plural sense amplifier enable signal lines 5 respectively individually connected to the plural sense amplifiers and a sense amplifier activate signal generating circuit 6 for independently outputting a sense-amplifier-enable signal at arbitrary timing.</p> |
