PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave shielding laminate, made of resin which is superior in appearance and arruracy in thickness at low heat-pressing temperatures by heat-pressing layers of a first synthetic resin, layers of a second synthetic resin whose melting temperature is lower than the first synthetic resin, and a conductive fabric which are laminated upon each other, such that the conductive fabric is brought into contact with the layers of the second synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Layers of a synthetic resin 1 and layers of a synthetic resin 2, whose melting temperature is lower than the resin 1 and a conductive fabric 3 are laminated, such that the fabric 3 is brought into contact with the layers of the resin 2, and the resulting body is heat-pressed. Polycarbonate resin which is superior in transparency, self-extinguishing property, heat resistance and impact resistance is selected as the resin 1, and acrylic resin superior in weather resistance, transparency and easy heat- pressing machinability is selected as the resin 2. That is, each layer of the acrylic resin 2, laminated on the corresponding plate of polycarbonate resin 1, is impregnated from one surface of the fabric 3 to embed the fabric 3. As the fabric 3, metallic fiber or spun yarn, having a metal or an alloy electroless-plated or vapor-deposited thereon can be cited.
