PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker capable of being easily and selectively connected to one of two conductive bars and of reducing inserting force of the conductive bar. SOLUTION: On the inside of one end of an equipment body 1 is provided with a housing part 90 for housing a common terminal T1 for connecting a conductive bar L3 of the lowest stage of three conductive bars L1-L3, arranged at a different position, and an inner housing part 200 provided with a selecting terminal T2 for selecting one of the residual conductive bars L1, L2 for connection freely to be moved by a guide member 83 and a guide groove 204 between at least two positions corresponding to the two conductive bars L2, L3. The common terminal T1 and the selecting terminal T2 are respectively formed of a blade rest spring formed into a nearly U-shape, so that both side pieces thereof in parallel with each other come close to each other at a part thereof and that both the side pieces are expanded toward each tip. Insertion of the conductive bars L2 or L3 is thereby facilitated by expanding the tip, so that both the terminals T1, T2 can clip the conductive bars L1, L2 or L3 at positions close to each other.
