摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply correct the component of an image flow in real time by calculating correcting data based on difference information among adjacent pixels and correcting the image flow based on the corrected data. SOLUTION: A signal switching device 7 to which image data 1 inputted from an infrared image pickup device (infrared sensor) and a signal through a two-pixel delaying device 2 are inputted, selects one of them in accordance with a switch signal 8 and outputs it. The signal 8 is decided by the rotating direction of an infrared sensor and outputted from an angular velocity detector 9. The detector 9 also outputs an angular velocity signal 11 showing the rotating speed of the infrared sensor and inputs it to a converter 16. A subtracter 10 subtracts the output portion of the device 7 from the output of a one-pixel delaying device 3, output data is divided by a data constantα1 outputted from the converter 16 by a divider 14, and this result is outputted to an adder 12 as corrected data 13. The adder 12 adds data 13 to the output of the device 7 and outputs output image data 17.
