PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the emergency state of a terminal carrying person to a center computer when such a state occurs concerning a system for monitoring the position of a mobile terminal or acting condition of the terminal carrying person away from the center side computer. SOLUTION: When it is detected an emergency alarm switch 23 is pressed longer than fixed time, terminal equipment 3 drives a buzzer control 21/LED control 22 and issues an alarm to the outside. After the lapse of prescribed time from the alarm to the outside, the emergency state is reported to a center computer 4. Ordinarily, the value of an acceleration sensor 17 is read and when it is recognized the terminal equipment 3 falls down longer than fixed time, the buzzer control 21/LED control 22 is driven and after the lapse of prescribed time, it is reported to the center computer 4.
