PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet, which has high magnetic flux density and high magnetizability and high reliability, particularly, in heat resistance (thermal stability). SOLUTION: Magnet power contains Al, and when an isotropically bonded magnet is manufactured through molding of the mixture of the magnet powder and a binder resin, irreversible magnetic susceptibility (χirr=χdif-χrev) of the magnet measured starting from the intersection of the demagnetization curve shown in the J-H diagram which shows the magnetic characteristic of the magnet at room temperature with a straight line (y), which passes through the origin of the J-H diagram and has a slope of -3.8×10-6 henry/m becomes 5.0×10-7 henry/m or smaller and moreover characteristic coercive force (HcJ) of the magnet at room temperature becomes 406-717 kA/m. |
