摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image contrast of a panel by baking a material which includes glass powder and oxide ceramic filler powder, and setting lightness and chroma of the baked film within a specific value. SOLUTION: Lightness V of a baked film is set to 1.5<=V<=9, and chroma C is set to a value C<=1.5, desirably, 3<=V<=8 and C<=1. A front glass substrate 1 and a back glass substrate 2 are arranged oppositely, and barrier ribs 7 are formed in a space between the substrates. A pair of transparent electrodes 3 are formed on the front glass substrate 1, a dielectric layer 5 is formed on the transparent electrodes 3, and a protective layer 6 composed of MgO is formed on the dielectric layer 5. An address electrode 4 is formed on the back glass substrate 2 between the barrier ribs 7, and a dielectric layer 9 is formed on it. The dielectric layer 9 is formed by applying and baking a dielectric material, which includes glass powder and oxide ceramic filler powder such as alumina oxide and titanium oxide on the address electrode.
