PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively user a shopping cart to allow the store to be differentiated from the other store and to improve sales promoting effect by installing a coupon issuing machine and an operation means in the shopping cart and issuing a necessary coupon when a customer requires it in the store. SOLUTION: A tough panel 5 sharing a display unit and an operation part, a printer 6 printing a coupon on a receipt paper and issuing it from an issuing port 6a and a magnetic card reader 7 are installed at a place where an electronic device unit 4 is easily operated. An antenna 8 for communicating with an outer part is protrusively installed and speaker 9 for giving information by sound is installed inside. Since a customer issues the necessary number of coupons by himself if need, it is not necessary for a store to previously print and prepare the large number of coupons and the a clerk to arrange them at a prescribed place. The customer can securely obtain the necessary coupons.
