PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the peeling or dissolution of a color filter picture element in photolithographic process and make normally formable the picture element by using a photosensitive coloring resin composition containing an ultraviolet ray absorbent as a lower layer. SOLUTION: The photosensitive coloring resin composition for lower layer contains an ultraviolet ray absorbent. A grating light shielding part 2 consisting of chromium oxide/chromium is formed on low expansible glass 1. Red photosensitive resin compositions for lower layer and upper layer Rb, Ra are applied thereto and dried, pattern exposed to ultraviolet ray, and developed to form a red color filter picture element R. A green color filter picture element G is formed in the same manner by use of green photosensitive coloring resin compositions for lower layer and upper layer Gb, Ga. A blue color filter picture element B is also formed by use of blue photosensitive resin compositions for lower layer and upper layer Bb, Ba. An ITO film I(O) is successively formed on the whole surface of each color filter picture element R, G, B. |
