CHARACTER STRING PREPARING METHOD USING COMPUTER AND PROGRAM PREPARATION EXECUTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a character string preparing method using a computer capable of preparing a character string of an optional arrangement with a simple operation by using a face-plate switch where a plurality of switches are arranged in a matrix shape. SOLUTION: A face-plate switch 5 stored in a face-plate switch memory 2, each order 9 stored in an order memory 3 and each character string 10 stored in a character string memory 4 are shown on the displaying part 11 composed of a CRT display device. The order 9 is allocated to each coordinate position on a 1st coordinate axis in the switch 5 formed by arranging a plurality of switches 8 in a matrix shape, and the character string 10 is allocated to each coordinates position on a 2nd coordinate axis in the switch 5. Then, the order 9 and the character string 10 of the coordinates position of the 1st and 2nd coordinate axes to which each switch 8 in an inputted state among respective switches 8 belongs are read, and each of read character strings 10 is arranged according to each of the similarly read orders 9 to be defined as one new character string 12.
