PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To physically express a three-dimensional texture. SOLUTION: Position setting parts 13A, 13B having a prescribed magnetic polarity are formed on respective corresponding positions of sheet-like internal electro-magnetic layers 12A, 12B separately arranged on upper and lower positions. An electromagnetic nail 14 is arranged between each position setting part 13A and a lower position setting part 13B corresponding to the setting part 13A. For instance, the position setting parts 13A, 13B are set to the S pole and the nail 14 is set up that the position setting part 13A side of the nail 14 becomes the N pole and the position setting part 13B side becomes the S pole. Thereby the position setting part 13B generates repulsion from the nail 14, the setting part 13B and the nail 14 are separated from each other and a projected surface is formed.
